Shipping Details

Orders are shipped from our Mumbai warehouse via courier.
We dispatch orders within 3 working days, and most deliveries are completed within 7 to 8 working days from the dispatch date. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
A signature will be required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, please arrange for someone else (a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf. However, Immense Aroma is not responsible for goods signed by others.
Some courier services may request an OTP to complete delivery. This OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during checkout.

Additional Notes

Immense Aroma is not liable for any damage to goods after delivery.
Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on factors like product size, packaging, and type. These charges are displayed at checkout for your review before payment.
