When to Contact Us

If your product is damaged, leaking, or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@immensearoma.in with:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Details of the Issue
  • Supporting Photos or Videos

For complaints about sealed, leaking, broken, or missing items, include:

  1. Clear images/videos of the damaged product.
  2. Images of the mono-carton (product box) and outer packaging.
  3. Evidence of tampered seals, if applicable.

For wrong or missing products or low-volume issues:

  1. Clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Packaging details (mono-carton and outer box).

For concerns about dirty packaging, include clear images/videos of the full package and all outer packaging.

 

Processing Your Request

  1. Review Time: Our team will respond within 3 business days after receiving all details.
  2. Exchange Approval: If approved, you’ll receive an authorization number, and we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up.
  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds, once approved, will be credited to your account within 10–15 days.

All products for return or exchange must:

  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include the original receipt and a document with:
    • Dispatch address.
    • Customer name and address.
    • Order number.
    • Contents of the package.

Please email this document and a photo of the reverse pick-up package to our customer care team.

 

Processing Time for Exchanges

Once the product reaches our warehouse, exchanges are processed within 24 hours, and new tracking details will be shared.

 

Quality Concerns

For product quality issues, contact us at orders@immensearoma.in within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number.
  • Details of the quality issue.
  • Supporting images/videos, including the product label.

Process for Quality Complaints:

  1. Our team will respond within 2 working days.
  2. We may request the product to be sent back for inspection.
  3. Quality assessment takes up to 7 working days after receiving the product.
  4. If verified, the return/exchange process begins within 7 days.

 

Important Notes

  • Gift boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Damages due to improper use or neglect are not covered.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for personal dislikes (e.g., fragrance, color) without valid quality concerns.
  • No cash refunds are permitted.
